           Early Years

B was born into a loving family of yogis, nurtured on the principles of yoga. Living with the code of ethics known as the Yamas and Niyamas and daily practices of mantra, meditation, mudras and chanting. Reared in the beautiful world of satsang and love, remaining true to her authentic Self and her Indian ancestory.

           Asana

B has been practising asana (physical practices) for over 15 years on a personal level. In the beginning starting with Ashtanga yoga and enjoying the very physical demands of this practice and the strict discipline. Later moving onto Hatha yoga and experimenting with creative movements and tapping into pure energy that  wells up from a deep place within and flows through the body and is freedom.

           Teacher Training

Training as a teacher was a very organic process for B and initially started as a journey to deepen personel knowledge and understanding. This led to a natural desire to share knowledge and B started teaching in 2007. B ia a member of the British Wheel of Yoga.
