Classes are based on Hatha Flow Yoga with a mixture of other disciplines thrown into the creative pot. The foundation of every class is a 'your body, your practice' approach where yoga practitioners are encouraged to tune into their own body's intuition. Classes are expressive, easy, challenging, dynamic and fun. B's classes are designed to be a resource for you to find your way back home.
Yoga Therapy is a wonderful way to reconnect to yourself and find your way back safely to working on being whole again. A journey that uses breath work, mantra and movement. Practices also include Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yoga Therapy nourishes the heart fully with kindness, compassion, faith and acceptance.
